Numa Amsterdam.....great place to stay!!!

The room was fantastic, Greta size, twonrpicate bedrooms and ensuite, separate bathroom and toilet. Very clean, lots of equipment for cooking. Great open space.

The rug needs taping down as it's a trip hazard and curls up at the end and that's all I can think of, everything else was perfect. It was a fair distance from the main central area but easily accessible by train, bus or cab. Supermarket very close by. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. The cost was very reasonable and it was amazing value for money.

Definitely recommend

Fantastic apartment. Very clean and spacious. The staff are amazing, always friendly and if you need help always happy to help.

It was a good 40/45 minutes walk to the centre, although there is plenty of public transport

Very Good

Nice and cozy apartment located 20 mins (by tram) from the center of the city. Comfortable bed and pillows.

There is a lack of storage facilities - there was only one small wardrobe in the apartment and this is absolutely not enough for the family with two kids. Meanwhile, the kitchen area and its facilities are exhaustive - lots of storage facilities, a lot of kitchenware items and etc. Looks strange.

Loved the spacious and clean apartment with friendly service

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed and another lady whose name eludes me. The room was spacious with a practical layout. We had 2 bathrooms which was so important for a family of 5. We had a high-floor with a gorgeous view and the place was clean. When we ran out of beverages, we simply had to go to the reception desk to pick more up. It was nice to have a parking lot in the basement.

In general, the accommodation wasn't cheap and parking was an additional 20 EUR per night. Location-wise, it's quite a distance to the nearest bus-stop and food options. It would have been fine, had it not been so cold and wet at the time.

A cool, modern hotel in the hip neighbourhood of Docklands.

A very mod hotel that surprised us with the size of the room (very generous), facilities, and location. A little out of the city center (think 30 - 40 min tram ride) but that we knew that when we booked.

Hmm.. since it was a hotel we were expecting daily housekeeping but were told on check in that this was not the case. honestly not a big deal breaker but good to know in advance

Wonderful

Great space in the apartment. We had a 2 bedroom. Great views of the docks. Quiet neighbourhood with few tourists just locals doing their thing! 10/12 min walk to metro and slightly less to bus. This was fine for us with 8yr old child.

It is really nice and quiet, very neat with great xtras like the washing machine and dishwasher

A great base on the edge of the city

Once we worked out where the prepaid underground parking was and that you keep the ticket for the hotel to validate when you leave, it was an easy check in. Lovely modern building with spacious apartments, comfy beds and all the facilities you need. Reception was excellent with lots of information. There is a tram and bus not far but we just got Ubers back and forward to the city €10. A great base if you don’t want to be in the centre of it all.

Location was very good, the surrounding was really nice. Good area to walk around and it was a quite area

It was challenging to communicate with the hotel if my booking was through booking.com. my booking got cancelled one night before the check in, it was due to payment failure and I was only notified with an email few hours before they cancelled it, so I had no time to check and update my card, and there was a lot of messages with them via whatsapp, when I wanted to check with them I wasn't helped, I was only redirected to contact booking, I was frustrated and I didn't find the needed support from them
